This week I am visiting the #BosqueDelApacheWildlifeRefuge in New Mexico with a few friends photographing #SandhillCranes and #SnowGeese. There were not as many Sandhill Cranes in the track ponds this morning as I have seen in prior years. But I was still able to capture them taking off from the frozen pond to go feed in the corn fields in the refuge. Captured using a #CanonUSA #EOS1Dxmkii using a #EF800 lens.
